Want to get outdoors more but don't know where to start? This is the session for you! 

Starting with the basics of what to wear, where to go, things to take with you and what to do, this session is a supportive space for you to learn and develop. There will be lots of opportunities for questions, sharing concerns and anything you've found helpful!
