Before we go...

Please book accommodation to suit you for however many nights you'd like to stay. I will be camping at Gwern Gof Isaf (2025 bookings not open yet) and we will start each walk from there. As well as camping they offer bunkhouses and day time parking to non-residents. 

Friday 2nd May

Arrive at a time to suit you, factoring in the longer drive. I have a new job so won't be there until late. 

Saturday and Sunday walks

Each day will explore the mountain terrain of Eryri covering at least 8km/5miles. It will be much steeper, uneven and, in some places, scrambly than hill and moorland terrain so please make sure you are comfortable that this is adventure is for you - ask if you have questions. Bring walking boots with good ankle support, poles might also be handy. Mountain weather is a law unto itself so use the kit list to prepare (adjust quantities for however many nights you are staying!). It would be worth making sure you've done some recent hill walking so you are ready for the inclines and revise those nav skills! You will need map OL17.

We will wrap up mid-afternoon on Sunday to account for the journey home but feel free to stay longer.
