The weekend

We will meet at the camp field at 10:30am on Saturday 1st June  before heading out on to the moorland. Allow plenty of time to navigate Devon's country roads, remember phone signal can be patchy. Car sharing is always recommended. We will spend the morning getting our navigation brains back in gear, refreshing our contour and compass skills on hill and moorland terrain which is more 'open' than the Brecons. In response to feedback, in the afternoon you'll have the chance to do some independent legs. 

Our home for the night is a private wildcamping field near Brisworthy. There are NO facilities but we will have cars on the edge of the field so please pack appropriately (as always see the kit list and ask if needed).…
